Current products formulated with VERSAFOAM:

OLUX® delivers the super-potent topical corticosteroid clobetasol propionate in the VERSAFOAM-HF™ vehicle. OLUX is indicated for short-term topical treatment of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of moderate to severe corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses of the scalp, and for short-term topical treatment of mild to moderate plaque-type psoriasis of non-scalp regions excluding the face and intertriginous areas.

Treatment should be limited to 2 consecutive weeks. OLUX-E Foam has been shown to suppress the HPA axis.

Systemic absorption of topical corticosteroids has caused reversible hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) suppression with potential for glucocorticosteroid insufficiency after withdrawal of treatment.

The most common adverse events in clinical trials were headache and application-site reactions including burning, itching, and dryness.

Treatment should not exceed 4 consecutive weeks. VERDESO Foam has the potential to suppress the HPA axis.

EXTINA® Foam may result in contact sensitization, including photoallergenicity.
